One of the most satisfying things we do, is help incredible people portray their passion. The groundbreaking, five-year mission to turn a former chicken farm into a sustainable mushroom farm, a UK first, was the vision of inspirational chef Derek Sarno. The results are a testament to his push for sustainability – to use less water and less land to provide more choice and incredible versatility.
We were tasked with creating an extended documentary film for this project, which has now generated over 70k views on YouTube. In addition, we produced a portfolio of reportage photography and portraiture, featured in a variety of editorial articles, including Vegan Food & Living and The Grocer.
